Tomjanovich was the first NBA coach ever to take his team from the lottery to a division title in his first full year courtside. His Clutch City Houston Rockets teams won NBA titles in 1994 and 1995, the only group other than the Chicago Bulls to accomplish that feat in the 90’s.
