Heading into 2026 we have identified some much needed improvements for the museum. Consequently, we are launching a new multi-faceted fund-raising campaign and would appreciate your generous continued support.
We need to refresh our meeting and engagement spaces to better attract and educate school groups, increase corporate and private rental revenue, and better utilize meeting areas. Our largest room – the Red McCombs Great Hall – needs a makeover, and flooring throughout the building should be replaced. It’s also essential that we update technology to make visits to the museum more enjoyable and enhance staff effectiveness.
As a 501c(3) nonprofit corporation, we rely on the financial contributions of individuals like yourself who believe in our mission. Our Board of Trustees has pledged the initial $40,000 to kick off this new campaign, and we are asking you to consider a donation to the Texas Sports Hall of Fame.
