Hedrick is a five-time Olympic Medalist and World Champion speed skater who made history in two sports. A legend in inline skating with 50 World Championships and the revolutionary “double push” technique to his name, Chad made the switch to ice after the 2002 Winter Olympics. Just two years later, he stood atop the podium in Torino, Italy in 2006 winning the first gold medal for our country —becoming one of Team USA’s most decorated skaters. In the process, Chad was the first man to skate 10,000 meters or 6 miles in under 13 minutes. He finished his skating career with five Olympic medals joining the ranks of previous Olympians like Eric Heiden, Bonnie Blair, and Dan Jansen. Today, Chad brings that same Olympic mindset to real estate. He leads The Gold To Sold Group, an award-winning luxury real estate team, serving North Houston’s luxury market with a focus on The Woodlands, Spring, Montgomery, Magnolia, Conroe, and surrounding areas. A native Texan, Chad lives in Montgomery with his wife Lynsey and their three children—Hadley, Harper, and Hogan. He’s also passionate about giving back, having raised over $500,000 for Special Olympics Texas and supporting a wide range of local charities and first responders. Hedrick is a member of the TSHOF Class of 2026.
