A PERMANENT HOME IN WACO (1990s)
A major milestone came in 1993, when the Texas Sports Hall of Fame opened its permanent home in Waco. The museum provided a dedicated space to showcase exhibits, artifacts, and interactive displays celebrating Texas sports legends.
The Waco location allowed the Hall to expand its educational efforts, host special events, and welcome visitors year-round. For the first time, fans could experience Texas sports history in a single, permanent location.

The Hall Today
